Direct Care

HELP for Educators is a classroom safety management program designed to provide educators with classroom safety strategies that will reduce the possibility of staff and student injuries during episodes of aggressive behavior. Lectures, group discussions, group activities, and skills training activities provide educators with additional classroom management tools. Participants will learn to respond effectively and respectfully to avoid and redirect aggressive behavior. Instructor candidates will be trained to instruct teachers on how to use these techniques for reducing aggression in the classroom.

*Group rates are based on the following:


  • Twelve (12) or more new participants for instructor certification.
  • Twenty-four (24) or more practitioners for standard certification.

  • Communication only group sizes will be doubled to obtain group rates.
